Finishing Silk

This is a creamy mica blend Mineral Finishing Powder that diffuses light away from your face for a flawless finish. This is translucent and can be worn by all skin tones and types! This powder does not give a totally matte finish, nor does it give a shiny look...it duplicates the "glow" of natural, healthy skin...just a barely-there, flawless finish. Some customers have said this product gives an air-brushed, light-diffused look.

Mineral finishing powder can be confusing to some. Since mineral foundation itself IS a powder, is a separate finisher necessary and if so, what does it do?

Here's the basic info to help you out.  If you like the texture, feel, finish and staying power of your mineral foundation, then technically you don't need a finishing powder.  However... if you want a different finish (perhaps matte or shimmer or in between), or the ability to alter the staying power or your foundation, then a finisher is for you.  Honestly, our finishers are consistently some of our top sellers.  People just LOVE their finishing powders and simply will not go without them!  Keep in mind that all our finishers are essentially translucent, and can be used by any skin tone.
